Much appreciation to those that were able to make it out last Saturday for the opening of GROUP CHAT with Bay Area artist couple Alex Fatemi and Kindah Khalidy. It was a pleasure to finally have them down in Los Angeles and showing at Innocnts Gallery. Much appreciation to Aaron of Peaking Lights, Mitch from KXLU, and Peace Out for all the rad MUSIC! And shout out to Pablst Blue Ribbon for their continued support of THE program here at Innocnts.
There's an exhibition catalog (pdf) available via email for those interested in artwork. The exhibition runs through July 15th so stop in and say hello if you're around the Echo Park area!
Another great opening night at Innocnts Gallery with // WARM BLOOD // a group exhibition featuring new work by San Francisco artists Harley Lafarrah Eaves, Michelle Guintu, Jordan Bogash, and Rye Purvis. Solid turn out of friends and art patrons taking in the art and sonic vibes. Jordan lined up DIVOLA who performed such a rad set that all their $5 tapes were sold out by the end of the night! We sold some art but more great work still remains from each artist. Contact us for an exhibition catalog with available work. Much appreciation to Pabst Blue Ribbon for their continued support of the arts at Innocnts.

Gino Perez is a skateboarder and artist from Los Angeles, California. In the 90's Mark Gonzales aka the Gonz turned Gino pro under 60/40 Skateboards. The spontaneous times spent with Gonz heavily influenced Gino's artistic sensibilities. Gino's work finds similar rhythms to that of Picasso, Basquiat, and Gonzales with the west coast sensibility of a skateboarder. We recently picked up some pen and marker drawings from Gino and are offering them for sale exclusively through Innocnts.
